Hi, I'm Todd, or you can call me "Oly" if you like.  Fitness has been a part of my life for over 36 years. Through physical training, I have been fortunate enough to accomplish my physical goals.

At 54 years old, the principle remains the same; "Keep Training".  After all, "a retired professional wrestler must live their life as if their next match is but a phone call away."  I believe this principle applies to anyone, and I enjoy taking my clients down that road.

Nobody has time to waste in the gym. I teach my clients to "hit it hard and get out!" There is no substitute for the basics and that is what I focus on with my clients. Look around the gym and see how many people actually squat or dead lift for example.

I have worked with clients who have had knee replacements, pattella femoral syndrome, post surgery, post physical therapy, stroke, weight loss surgery, shoulder injuries, and arthritis.

Personal Training and Self-Defense Instruction is "what I do." Hiring a trainer is a big decision. I would be glad to talk with you about it. Please send me an
e-mail or give me a call soon.
                                           Sincerely, Todd "Oly" Olsen

*Testimonial*

When I first signed up for training my plan was just to learn the proper techniques for the weight room and be done with it. I didn’t really think I needed any help, I tend to think I can do pretty much anything on my own. However, after my first work out with Todd my “I don’t need any help” theory went right out the window.

It was as if every muscle in my body was screaming “Thank God she finally figured it out!” Todd took me through an intense but manageable circuit and then incorporated boxing into the mix. It was a strange combination of sweat and adrenaline and it was awesome! I started to actually look forward to my workouts which I jokingly refer to as my therapy sessions because no matter what I walk through the door with, I always leave stronger and ready to take on the world.

The boxing and self defense training I’ve acquired from Todd and his lovely (and not to be messed with) wife Tina will stay with me for life. I hope I never have to use half of the stuff I’ve learned but if I do... you can bet that I’ll be ready and able to think quick on my feet with an arsenal of practical techniques.

As a trainer Todd has all of the qualities anyone could ever ask for and as a person and a friend he is a constant source of inspiration and generosity of spirit! These days I still believe I can do just about anything on my own but when it comes to getting the best possible workout...Todd’s the man for the job!
