*Testimonial*
Where do I start? You know how hard it is to get yourself up off the couch and drag your butt into the gym? Todd makes it worthwhile! I’ve been working with him as my personal trainer and kickboxing instructor for over a year now. He always greets me with a smile and a “let’s go” attitude! I love his old school training with free weights, barbells, and floor work. If you’re looking to move from one machine to the next, you’re looking in the wrong place.
Thanks to Todd, I am a woman in my 40’s who can deadlift more than my own body weight! I look and feel better than I have my entire life. In his humbleness, Todd thinks he’s working only the body. What he really does is work the mind, the body, and the spirit!
His wife, Tina, will
sometimes work out alongside me, or spar with me wearing her awesome pink
boxing gloves. She motivates me to work harder, cuz she is one badass
lady! Thank you both for your continued encouragement to do things I
never thought I would be able to do!
