Welcome to Physical Goal Your trainer is former Pro Wrestler Todd "Oly" Olsen. Make the most of your time in the gym with good technique and hard work. Learning good mechanics is priceless!
Todd will design and implement a goal oriented fitness program combining old school methods with current advances in fitness knowledge to make sure you accomplish your "Physical Goal".

PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENSE
Todd has developed a method of self-defense instruction in which he can teach you in a very short period of time, how to effectively defend yourself if you are ever attacked! This is NOT "Cardio Kickboxing".
You will learn:
*effective punches and kicks
*how to cover up and look for openings
*the secret to good defense
*how to fight your way out of a corner and escape
*avoid a take down
*reaction time
*and much more!
You will gain confidence in your ability to protect yourself with great techniques that you can actually use in "real world" situations.
Private sessions have proven to be a very effective way to learn quickly. Todd offers private sessions (one or two people) at ANYTIME FITNESS in Fremont (Seattle).
